*You know you've made an impact with a student when they take what you have given them and give it back to you in return.

*A student shared this song/video with me several years ago, and I've been using it ever since.

*The song, video, and lyrics seem to hit a "chord" with young people and that brings me much joy.

*Today we shared as a group the message of "Somebody", had a great discussion, & did some writing.

*If I can teach my students that they are all "Somebody" and have greatness to offer…

then I've done my job!
