*One of our favorite writing days is Picture Wednesday.
*I saw this picture on Twitter and I just loved it. I knew it had to be a picture for today.
*I display the photograph on the Smartboard and we discuss for a bit.
*The writers then get busy writing their reactions, thoughts, feelings, and reminders.
*They can also write a fiction story if they would like.
*After we write a few of the students share what they wrote if they would like.
