Tuesday Treat - Rhubarb Slush
-This is a perfect summer beverage to enjoy with friends, family, or alone when reading a GREAT book!
-Just be careful because these can "sneak" up on you.

Ingredients...
2 quarts - water
8 cups - rhubarb
8 cups - rhubarb
3 cups - sugar
1/2 cup - lemon juice
1 3 oz box - strawberry jello
3 cups - vodka
1 two liter bottle - 7 Up
Directions...
*Boil together first four ingredients and strain.
*Add the jello, vodka, and 7-up.
*Freeze.
*When you serve, add 1/2 cup of slush and 1/2 cup of additional 7-up.
