*As we close out the 2018/2019 school year, we are looking back and voting for our favorites of the year.
*A highlight of our year was our #classroombookaday picture book "daily" reading.
*We covered over 167 picture books (167 days). The reason we read more than 167 is that during "March Madness" we read two picture books instead of one.
*After each week, we would vote on our favorite of the week. These were the books we started the vote with.
*Here are some of the results of our recent voting and how we narrowed down those +167 books down to our #ONE favorite...
The first round we took our top 36 or so picture books and narrowed it down to the top TEN.
From the top TEN list we then voted for our top FIVE.
After narrowing it down to the top FIVE, the readers voted for their top THREE.
Once presented with the top THREE, each listener chose their favorite of the year.
I think they did a tremendous job of picking the winner!
